We went in to get our water tested and Cole was very quick with it and knowledgeable with the few questions we had. We are new to hot tubing and it was nice to get reassured on a few items. Also Cole showed us which chemicals we will be needing for maintenance. Great store will keep coming back.

They were respectful of our budget and made excellent recommendations that completely met our needs and exceeded our expectations. We ended up purchasing two pool cues and having 3 repaired/maintained. I work for a non profit society and I so very much appreciated the community spirit of the staff. We have both a swimming pool and hot tub and if you need anything this is the place to go. They have helped us so much the past year. They are so knowledgeable about their products and stand %100 behind what they sell. Every issue we've had with our hot tub and outdoor pool, they have solved. I like how you can bring a sample in of your water, and within minutes they know the problem and provide you with a printout of it. Very friendly owner and staff.
